My name is Cynthia Hoff and I am a nationally board certified massage therapist that is licensed by the state of Illinois.  I am also a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, also known as ABMP (http://www.abmp.com).

I have been a professionally licensed massage therapist since 2007.  I have completed a comprehensive curriculum focused on the healing art and science of massage therapy. I graduated from the School of Holistic Massage & Reflexology in Downers Grove, Illinois.  My professional training continues to this day.

I currently specialize in Swedish and Deep Tissue styles of massage as well as Sports Massage and Reflexology.  I provide Full-Body, Seated and Foot Massages.

For the past few summers, I have donated my time and skills to participants of the CARA (Chicago Area Runners Association) marathon training program.  Specifically - The Yankee Runners.  I have provided program participants with post-run massage therapy during their training season.

I enjoy what I do.  A goal of mine is to help people improve their quality of living through massage therapy.
